Lockpicking Skill Effects
Some locks require a certain skill level to pick. With level 25, you can open most locks, while level 75 allows you to unlock all of them. Since this skill levels up slowly, reaching level 75 takes a considerable amount of time. The perk effects are not particularly impactful, but the perk that increases lockpick durability is still worth
Passive Bonuses from Leveling
Some containers require lockpicking to open, and a subset of them also require a lockpicking skill level of 25 or 75.
By leveling up this skill, you can access more advanced locked containers.
